First Course:
-Waldorf salad - mixed greens, green apples, pecan, red onions and blue cheese with balsamic drizzle
-Blindfold White Pinot Noir

Second Course:
-Alfredo over fettuccine with grilled shrimp
-Prisoner Chardonnay

Third Course:
-Smoked pork belly bites over jalapeño cheese grits drizzled with bbq sauce
-Prisoner Red Blend

Fourth Course:
-Braised short ribs over mashed potatoes
-Prisoner Cabernet

Fifth Course:
-Brandy bread pudding with bluebell
